Our Policies

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh through courier partners, with cash on delivery on every order.

• ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳130 elsewhere, on every order.
• Dhaka: 1–2 working days. Elsewhere: 2–4 working days.
• We call to confirm every order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after two attempts across two days, the order is held.
• Delivery can be slower around Eid and public holidays, and during hartals or severe weather.

We want the piece to be right. If it is not, here is what we can do.

• Exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached.
• Free alterations at either showroom on anything bought from us, usually the better answer to a fit problem.
• Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.
• Not exchangeable: made-to-measure pieces, anything already altered for you, and unstitched fabric that has been cut.
• Return delivery cost is yours unless the fault is ours.

To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp at 01672-080665 with your order reference, or bring the piece to either showroom.

We collect only what we need to get your order to you: your name, phone number, delivery address, and an email address if you choose to give one.

• We use it to process, confirm and deliver your order, and to answer questions about it.
• We share your name, phone number and address with the courier handling your delivery. Nobody else.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
• We take no card or bank details on this site. All orders are cash on delivery.
• Your bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order.
• Want your details removed from our records? Message us and we will do it.

• Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT where it applies.
• We photograph in natural light without retouching colour, but screens differ, so small variation in shade is normal.
• Stock is shared with our showrooms. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation call, we will offer an alternative or cancel the line.
• We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable or a price has been listed in error. You will not be charged.
• Product photography and copy on this site belong to Rina Boutiques & Tailoring House.
