How do I place an order?

Add pieces to your bag and check out with your name, phone number and address, with no account needed. You can also send your order straight to us on WhatsApp if that is easier.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives, so there is nothing to pay upfront. If you would rather use bKash or Nagad, mention it in the order notes and we will send details when we call to confirm.

What does delivery cost?

৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 anywhere else in Bangladesh, added to the total at checkout and paid to the courier with the order.

How long does delivery take?

One to two working days inside Dhaka, two to four elsewhere in Bangladesh. We call to confirm before dispatching, so keep your phone reachable.

Question 5

How do I choose a size?

Accepted Answer

Every product page has a size guide with measurements in inches. If you are between sizes, take the larger one and we can take it in for free. Or send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will tell you which size to order.

Can I get something altered?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alterations are free on anything bought from us, at either showroom. We are a tailoring house first, so this is what we do.

Question 7

Can I return or exchange something?

Accepted Answer

You can exchange within three days of delivery if the piece is unworn with tags attached. Made-to-measure and altered pieces cannot be exchanged, since they were cut for you. See the full policy for details.

Some products list two prices. Why?

Sets where the kameez and pant are sold separately show a price for each. Choose 'Full Set' to buy both, or pick just the piece you want on the product page.

Question 9

Do you sell unstitched fabric?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fabric sets are listed under Unstitched Fabric. Have us stitch them for you, or take them to your own tailor.

Question 10

Is the colour exactly as photographed?

Accepted Answer

We photograph in natural light and do not retouch colour, but screens vary. If the exact shade matters, message us and we will send a photo taken for you.
